Why can’t I make a Loan Payment with a Visa Credit Card any longer?
Visa Card Company has updated her policy regarding loan payments dated back to July 31, 2017. After the update, Visa no longer allows anyone to use Visa credit cards to make loan or debt payments.
What should I do if Loan Payments are automatically set up with a Visa Credit Card?
If you have automatic loan payments set up with a Visa credit card before the update on July 31 2017, the best you could do is to change the payment type before the card is charged.
Any transaction after July 31 2017 will be declined and it may result in a late payment.
What Alternate Payment Methods can I use to make My Loan Payments?
If you usually pay for your loan or debt payment with a Visa credit card on Suncoast Credit Union, you need to choose a new payment method or option to avoid late charges or declined transactions as Visa cards are not allowed any longer.

If you have received a check card charge in error, it is recommended to directly contact the company to request a refund.
